Tracy is our Office Manager and has worked for several State Farm Agents in 3 different states during her 20+ year tenure. Her experience and knowledge is second to none.
She has been married for over 31 years, has two grown children and has traveled throughout the country with her ties to the U.S. Navy - as active duty, a dependent, retired, and now the mom of an active duty service member. Tracy is in her element when she is learning new things and teaching others. When she isn't busy keeping our office running smoothly, she is training and showing her Australian Shepherds.

Born in the Pacific Northwest, Shelley's a local girl at heart but has had the great opportunity to live and travel through the US. She's been married for 20 years and has a son in high school, that she adores - most days :) She enjoys camping and traveling with her family and loving on her 3 pups. Elizabeth Rud (known as “Liz” to most of us) was born and raised in Washington and grew up in the Arlington area. She began her insurance career in our office in the summer of 2021, and in the short time she’s been with us, she has become an integral part of our team. Fortunately for us, Liz enjoys constantly learning new things and sharing this insight and knowledge with our customers. She particularly enjoys chatting with people when they stop in to pay their bill or pick up their birthday ice cream. When she isn’t helping customers, Liz keeps busy with many hobbies – hiking and reading (more books than most of us can imagine), and lately she’s taken up furniture projects – bringing new life to old objects. She recently expanded her hobbies to include the theater and had a role in Whidbey Playhouse’s recent production of “Grease”. When you stop in and meet Liz, just ask if her mint plant is still alive 😊
